    Josh Brolin Is Thanos

Variety is reporting the announcement that Josh Brolin has officially been cast to play Thanos in Marvel’s Guardians Of The Galaxy!

Thanos, who first appeared in the post-credits scene in The Avengers is a major villain in the Marvel universe and is also expected to appear in the Avengers sequel Age of Ultron in 2015.

While this is VERY exciting, I’m still sad he wasn’t the choice to play Batman for Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice as he was rumored to be one of the top three contenders for the role.
