Filmaker James Gunn has confirmed, as he often does, the cast for his upcoming film, “Superman: Legacy.” He also confirmed a table read for the movie just happened, and even included a photo!

“Eve, Mr. Terrific, Superman/Clark, Otis, Lex, producer Peter Safran, Jimmy, Metamorpho, Lois, Hawkgirl, me, Guy, The Engineer all together for the first time,” Gunn’s caption reads.

Sara Sampaio, Edi Gathegi, David Corenswet, Terence Rosemore, Nicolas Hoult, Safran, Skyler Gisondo, Anthony Carrigan, Rachel Brosnahan, Isabella Merced, Gunn, Nathan Fillion, and María Gabriela De Faría.

This comes a day after actress Isabella Merced, who plays Hawkgirl, posted this to her Instagram stories, revealing the iconic S logo being used for the production. That….that sure looks like the Kingdom Come S, doesn’t it!?

Yeah, yeah it does! Considering the characters that are going to be in “Superman: Legacy,” this could very well be possible. Although we’re still kind of heartbroken we never got the George Miller (“Mad Max”) version. *sigh*

A more cleaned up version of the logo-

“Superman: Legacy” currently has a set release date of July 11th, 2025.
