Paramount+, Nickelodeon animated series “Star Trek: Prodigy” has been saved! Streaming giant Netflix has reportedly snagged the series following it’s cancellation earlier this year.
Season one of “Prodigy” will hit Netflix later this year, and season 2 will release sometime in 2024 on the platform.
Voice cast for the series includes Kate Mulgrew as Captain Kathryn Janeway, Brett Gray as Dal, Ella Purnell as Gwyn, Rylee Alazraqui as Rok-Tahk, Angus Imrie as Zero, Jason Mantzoukas as Jankom Pog, Dee Bradley Baker as Murf, John Noble as The Diviner, and Jimmi Simpson as Drednok. Other reoccurring cast members include Daveed Diggs as Commander Tysess, Jameela Jamil as Ensign Asencia, Jason Alexander as Doctor Noum, Robert Beltran as Captain Chakotay, Bonnie Gordon as the ship’s computer (also other characters), and Billy Campbell as Thadiun Okona.
