Some news from Middle-earth this morning- Ciarán Hinds has reportedly joined the cast of “The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power!” No stranger to genre television, Hinds starred as Gaius Julius Caesar in “Rome,” King-Beyond-The-Wall Mance Rader in “Game of Thrones,” as well as more recently in Kenneth Branagh‘s Oscar-nominated film, “Belfast.”
He’ll be joined in season 2 by Rory Kinnear (Skyfall, Spectre) and Tanya Moodie (Sherlock, Motherland), as well as additional new cast members Oliver Alvin-Wilson, Stuart Bowman, Gavi Singh Chera, William Chubb, Kevin Eldon, Will Keen, Selina Lo, Calam Lynch, Gabriel Akuwudike, Yasen ‘Zates’ Atour, Ben Daniels, Amelia Kenworthy, Nia Towle, and Nicholas Woodeson.

Over the past 15 years, she’s built a well-known reputation at conventions across the globe as a cosplayer (occasionally), photographer (constantly), panelist and moderator (mostly), and reporter (always).
