    According to this post from Latino Review, looks like Avengers: Age of Ultron is going to have a Carol Danvers appearance, and Katee Sackhoff (Captain Kara Thrace “Starbuck” from the re imagined Battlestar Galactica) might just be the front runner.  If you aren’t familiar with that name in Marvel lore, perhaps you’ll recognize the name Ms. Marvel, or Captain Marvel.

    It’s been widely rumored that Sackhoff would be bringing the role to the big screen, and she herself has twittered fan-made photos a lot in the last year or so.  She also said the comic character she’d love to play in a film was none other than Harley Quinn.

    You know me and my casting opinions, I think either of these rolls would be SPOT on and Katee would be just the lady to bring the right balance to either iconic strong comic women.
