    This just in-

according to one single source, Warner Bros. Pictures may be shelving their “Batgirl” film. This is still pretty deep in rumor territory, but there are some pretty obvious factors to take into account. The biggest one, that not enough people are pointing out, being that WB did NOT show a single frame for the film during their panel at San Diego Comic-Con last month.

The film, which was to star Leslie Grace as Barbara Gordon aka Batgirl, had some pretty big cameos planned. Things like…oh, Michael Keaton returning as Batman, stuff like that.

Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah (“Bad Boys for Life“) directed the film, that was set to hit HBO Max later this year.

The one single source reporting this ‘news’ is the New York Post. We’ll let you know what we hear, officially or not.

    UPDATE

According to Variety, this is a done deal, and there will be no release for “Batgirl.”
