Marvel Studios’ “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3” has reportedly wrapped filming. Our source? None other than writer/director James Gunn himself.

In a post to his public Facebook account, Gunn confirmed the news, as well as the return of Zoe Saldana, although she isn’t pictured.

“And that’s a picture wrap on the Guardians of the Galaxy trilogy. I love this amazing cast & crew & their beautiful talent & kind souls. I’m a lucky human to have them on the journey with me for nearly a decade. (And yes Zoe was with us but the only picture I have with her has an unannounced actor with us!)”

“Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3” currently has a release date of May 5th, 2023.
