The most recent episode of Paramount+ series “Star Trek: Picard” featured a pretty amazing cameo. Yes, so too did the season 4 finale episode of “Star Trek: Discovery,” but this one is for the classic Trek fans.

The episode, directed by Leah Thompson, sees the return of The Punk from “Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home.” If you didn’t know, that iconic Save The Whales bus-riding mohawk-wearin’ guy is none other than Kirk Thatcher. Producer, special effects wizard, writer, director- this guy does it all.

In case you forgot that amazing mohawk and sneer from “The Voyage Home”

Obviously, if you’ve seen the episode, you know there’s another pretty big character return. But, we don’t want to spoil the reveal.

Catch “Star Trek: Picard” on Paramount+.
