While Groundhog Day is still a month away, sure feels like we’re living Phil’s never-ending day. In a repeat of 2021, theatrical movie dates are being shifted again. Sony Pictures has pushed the Jared Leto starring Spider-Man adjacent film “Morbius” back.
It’ll now bow on April 1st, 2022. Heck, if they wait til July 2022, it’ll be a full two-year delay from the proposed initial release date.
Better get prepared for more of the same, and possibly longer delays in the coming weeks as Covid cases continue to rise. Again.
