Henry Cavill Shares First Look at “Highlander” Reboot

We are SO EXCITED to share the first look at the upcoming reboot of “Highlander!!” These two images come directly from star Henry Cavill, who is such a great choice to play Duncan MacLeod.

You might recall the former “Superman” and “The Witcher” star was injured on set last year, causing a delay in production start. Judging from the photos, cameras are absolutely rolling, and we can’t wait to see what else gets released in the coming weeks and months.

Chad Stahelski will direct. We’re still really hoping he’ll bring in Emmy winner Bear McCreary to handle the score.

Cavill stars alongside Russell Crowe (as Ramirez), Marisa Abela, Karen Gillan, Djimon Hounsou, Max Zhang, and Dave Bautista as the Kurgan.

We don’t have a release date yet, but it’s probably a safe bet we’ll see the immortals (ha, also a film Cavill starred in!) sometime in 2027 or 2028.
