The classic meme has been around for at least 16 years. We’re expecting more takes on this before the new film releases.

Nicholas Galitzine stars as He-Man/Prince Adam. Alison Brie plays Evil-Lyn, Camila Mendes plays Teela, and Idris Elba OBE plays Teela’s father, Man-at-Arms. Sam C. Wilson plays Trap Jaw, Kojo Attah plays Tri-Klops, and Hafthor Bjornsson plays Goat Man. Morena Baccarin will be playing Sorceress, and Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson will be playing Fisto. James Purefoy will play King Randor, and Charlotte Riley will play Queen Marlena. Sasheer Zamata will play Suzie, Jon Xue Zhang will play Ram-Man, and Christian Vunipola will play Hussein. Kristen Wiig will play Roboto. Jared Leto will be playing Skeletor.

“Masters of the Universe” hits theaters June 5th, 2026.
